Org User Manager: Configuration Errors

The Configuration Errors tool, located in the User Summary Table, is a way to quickly locate any Learner accounts that are missing an Observer / Learner relationship or Rubric assignment.

Configuration Errors

Click Configuration Errors in the User Summary table to reorder the User Details table to bring all Learner accounts missing either an Observer / Learner relationship or Rubric assignment to the top of the table.

The User Manager can then click the three dots at the end of the user's row to view their account details to make needed assignments.

Error Report

The Error Report button is found directly below Configuration Errors.  

1. Click the Error Report button to view a summary of user account errors.
   
   
   
   
2. Click the Download Report button in the pop-up box to download a detailed report that includes user names and emails so you can quickly find and update the accounts missing either an Observer / Learner relationship or Rubric assignment.
