We recognize that schools and districts often refine observation and coaching processes over the summer as well as update staffing rosters. Please refer to the important deadlines below to ensure that your changes in place for the Fall.

Activity and Rubric Updates
By July 15th (Please note, there may be costs associated with these updates depending on your contract):
Submit new and/or modified rubrics to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Submit changes to your organization’s activities, such as forms, adding or modifying steps (for example, adding a document upload step), or turning on/off electronic Signing & Locking by reaching out to email@example.com.
Get EdReflect User Accounts Ready for the Next School Year
Use the summer months to make important user account updates in EdReflect.
Once your end-of-year reporting is complete, mark users who will not be returning in the fall as ‘inactive’. This will close their account and hide - but not delete - their information.
NOTE: If your organization uses the EOY tool in EdReflect, DO NOT CHANGE end of year assignments. Once these were set in January or February, you can forget them until they are released next winter.
Create accounts for new hires, update groups including rubrics, reporting access and learner/observer groups, school site assignments, and relationships with our user management tools. Visit this section of the support site for more information on completing these tasks.
Remember to set read-only relationships at the beginning of the school year to ensure that co-observers have access to view all necessary activities. Click for more information on Adding Read-Only Relationships.
If you will have a change of leadership for the upcoming school year and someone new will be managing EdReflect or be EdReflect’s main point of contact, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
