If you don't have the option to approve a Learner's SLO, it is likely that the Learner has not yet submitted their SLO for approval. You can view an SLO's status by clicking on the Goal-Setting activity for your district. A blank or SLO Unlocked status, means that the SLO still needs to be submitted. To resolve: The Learner should navigate to their SLOs, and in the upper-right of the page, click the blue Submit & Request Approval button.
Once the SLOs have been submitted by the Learner, you can approve and rate them as expected.
