Learners: Viewing Activity Notes in Observations

Observers can use the Activity Notes feature to add feedback, next step suggestions, and private notes. All Observer notes are visible to Learners, except those written in the private section.

To view your Observer’s shared Activity Notes:

1. Navigate to the Summary page of the activity.
   
   
2. On the Summary page, click the Activity Notes icon on the right of the screen next to the download icon.
   
   
3. Feedback and Next Steps notes will display. 
   
   
4. Click the Activity Notes icon again to hide the notes.
