The Observation Progress Report provides administrators a comprehensive view of progress within the organization’s evaluation cycle. Use the report to understand the organization's status in completing observations and then drill down to see how each learner or observer is progressing in their evaluation cycle.
Please note that Insights Reports update nightly, so you will see changes to your data the following day.
Remember that different states and districts have different evaluation processes and naming conventions. The information presented below reflects a range of processes and activity names, which may differ from your district's implementation. While the selections and processes displayed to you may vary from those shown below, the basic reviewing and filtering functions will be consistent across organizations.
Filtering Report Results
Insights Reports allow you to filter by five categories: Rubrics, Activities, Observers, Learners, and Suborgs. You can also choose to show data for inactive users as well as view reports by school year or by choosing a custom date range.
You may layer filters by choosing filters from different categories to narrow your report results. When you select an additional filter from another category, you should see fewer results. If your report yields no results, review your selections and remove some of the filters.

Organization Level Reports
The report's upper dashboard displays aggregate data across the district or organization for users who have access at an organization or district-level, such as Superintendents or Assistant Superintendents. Individual site or school-level data displays in a pane below. Please see SubOrg Level Reports for instructions on viewing site-level data.
Total number of learners - The total number of learners in the organization displays at the top of the chart.
Number of learners with "x" observations completed -The doughnut chart displays a breakdown of how many learners have a specified number of completed observations.
- Use the chart legend to match the color-coded number of observations completed to the doughnut's wedges.
- Hover on a chart wedge to view the total number of learners who have the specified number of completed observations.
Total number of observations - The total number of completed observations displays at the top.
Number of completed observations by template - The bar graph displays the number of completed observations by template, so you can see at-a-glance the ratio of completed observations.
The labels under each bar display the template type and its total number of observations marked as complete.
Downloading this Report:
You can download an Overview of the Selected Data, which will give you a high-level overview of how many activities have been completed by type.

SubOrg Level Reports
The report's lower dashboard displays suborg level observation progress data. The suborg level (school) report mirrors the data displayed at the org level, but lets you view observation details and monitor observation progress for individual learners.
