When you open an observation, you can use the navigation tabs at the top to navigate within the observation. The navigation tabs display at the top of every screen and allow you to navigate freely among the observation's steps and features. The functions of the navigation tabs are explained below.
Summary Tab - Use the Summary tab to review the status of each observation step as well as access the close, lock (if applicable), Feedback & Next Steps, download, and print options.
Steps Tab - Open the Steps tab to display a drop-down menu of all the observation steps. Click an item to open the step.
Collected Evidence Tab - Click the Collected Evidence to view all of the evidence that you've collected as well as the tagged evidence that has been shared with you.
Collected Evidence also allows participants to manage sharing of evidence items with other participants, as well as delete evidence and its associated comments.
Ratings Tab - The Ratings tab is a status view of the ratings completed and shared in this observation.
Helpful Hint: To edit your ratings, use the Steps tab to navigate to the Ratings step of the observation.
Settings Tab - Open the Settings tab to access:
- Who can see this Activity, which lists participants and viewers, and allows you to select additional read-only Observers for an observation.
- What's been shared, which summarizes all shared items and allows you to make changes to sharing.
- Additional State or District specific resources you may find helpful during the activity. Please note, this may not be available for your organization.
Click Back to All Activities to return back to the list of Activities for the specific Learner.
