Org Admins with Org User Manager permissions can create and update user accounts.
Editing User Profiles
Profiles can be easily modified by returning to the user profile and changing the values in the Profile and Relationships tabs.
- Toggle to your role as an Org Admin and Navigate to the Users tab.
- Find the user you wish to modify in the User Details list and then click the three dots at the end of the user row.
- When the user’s profile form opens, make the desired modifications in the Profile and/or Relationships tabs.
- Click Save in the upper right corner to save your edits.

Deactivating Users
User accounts are not deleted from the system, but they can be deactivated. Deactivated accounts are removed from view and their data is suppressed in reports. Once deactivated, the user can not log in unless their account is reactivated.
- Find the user you wish to deactivate in the User Details list. Remember, you can search by name or email address.
- Click to remove the checkbox in the Active column. The user will be immediately removed from the User Details list.
Reactivating Users
- Click the Show Inactive Users box to make inactive accounts viewable in the User Details List
- Find the user you wish to deactivate in the User Details list. Remember, you can search by name or email address.
- Click the empty box in the Active column to add a checkmark. The user's account will immediately become active and will be accessible by the user as well as appear in the User Details list, Observer dashboards if relationships are intact and reporting.
Resetting User Passwords
- Toggle to your role as an Org Admin and click the Users tab.
- Access the user's profile by clicking the three dots at the end of their user details row.
- Click the Reset Password button to generate a password reset email for the user.
Helpful Hint: Password reset emails expire after 30 minutes. Users can visit https://edreflect.com/users/resetpassword to trigger a new password reset email.
