The Learner’s E-Portfolio helps to organize an educator’s Aggregated Evidence & Ratings, Artifacts, and Activities.
You can access your E-Portfolio from the navigation bar that runs across the top of your Learner homepage. When you click E-Portfolio in that menu, a submenu will open to each of the E-Portfolio’s tabs.
Observers can also access the Learner’s E-Portfolio by navigating to the Learner homepage by clicking on the Learner’s name from the Roster view of their Observer dashboard and using the navigation described above.
Aggregated Evidence & Ratings
The Aggregated Evidence & Ratings tab allows learners and observers to add aggregate ratings to summarize a learner's performance to date. A learner's Aggregated Evidence & Ratings screen displays all of the ratings made in different activities and all of the shared ratings the other participant made in activities. The ratings you make here are private - only you can see them. Participants can view each other's ratings only if they have been shared in an observation or through a meeting.
Note: Read-only observers can see all of the primary observer's ratings, and any ratings shared by the learner.
Any ratings you apply in Aggregated Evidence & Ratings remain static until you change them. If you wish to preserve your ratings at a certain point, you can take a Snapshot of the ratings to capture them. More information about creating snapshots can be found here.
The Artifacts tab of the E-Portfolio acts as a repository for artifacts across all activities. Artifacts uploaded to the E-Portfolio can be added to any activity. In turn, artifacts uploaded within an activity are housed and listed in the E-Portfolio. Artifacts uploaded in prior school years can also be located in this tab.
Artifacts that have been uploaded exclusively to the E-Portfolio (not attached to an observation or meeting activity) are seen only by the learner, as Observers cannot view the Artifacts tab of the Learner’s E-Portfolio.

The Activities tab lists all activities that have been scheduled for the learner. This tab will include the activity’s name, scheduled dates, status and name of the scheduling Observer.
This tab can also be reached by clicking See All Activities from the Current Activities text box on the Learner homepage.
Clicking on the name of the activity will open a panel listing the activity’s steps that allows you to enter into the activity.
Both Learners and Observers can filter to view activities scheduled and completed in prior school years.
