Resetting a User's Password

An Org Admin with Org User Manager permissions can trigger a password reset email for users within their organization by following these steps:

1. Toggle to your role as an Org Admin and click the Users tab.
2. Access the user's profile by clicking the three dots at the end of their user details row.
3. Click the Reset Password button to generate a password reset email for the user.
   
   

Helpful Hint:  Password reset emails expire after 30 minutes.  Users can visit https://edreflect.com/users/resetpassword to trigger a new password reset email.
