Accessing Archived Activities from Prior School Years

Observer: To Access Archived Activities

1. Click a Learner's profile picture on your Observer Dashboard to navigate to the Learner's homepage.
   
   
   
   
2. Click to open Activities from the navigation bar that runs across the top of the Learner homepage.  
   
   
   
   
3. Use the Select School Year(s) filter at the top of the Activities tab to toggle to the prior school year you wish to view activities from.
   
   

Learner: To Access Archived Activities

1. Click to open the E-Portfolio from the navigation bar that runs across the top of the Learner homepage.  From the submenu, choose Activities.
   
   
2. You can also access the E-Portfolio’s Activities tab by clicking See All Activities from the Current Activities text box.  
   
   
   
   
3. Use the Select School Year(s) filter at the top of the Activities tab to toggle to the prior school year you wish to view activities from.
