We've released an update to resolve this issue. To see the update on your end and be able to upload artifacts, users will need to clear their cache and follow the directions below:
- Clear your cache in your browser (if you're not sure how to clear your browser cache, you can refer to these instructions.)
- Log out and fully exit/quit all windows of the internet browser you are using.
- Launch a new internet browser session, and log back into your account.
