End-of-Year Worksheet

Completing the EOY Worksheet and Summative Review are the last steps of the annual evaluation process. Click CO Evaluator and Learner - EOY Workflow Diagram to see workflow diagrams of the end-of-year process for users in Colorado.

Summative Conference

If your district or organization uses a Summative Review template, you may complete the activities that are relevant to your district after your EOY Evaluator schedules the conference.

Uploading Additional Artifacts/Documents

To upload additional documents that demonstrate effectiveness for rubric elements that cannot be observed in the classroom, or growth toward professional goals, use upload step in Artifacts for Review that was scheduled for you at the beginning of the year.

MSLs

MSL(s) are rated as part of the evaluation process. Check that your MSLs are submitted and approved to enable the rating process.

An incomplete or unrated MSL prevents a final rating from displaying in your EOY Worksheet. MSLs that are not used in the final EOY evaluation need to be deleted by the learner.

For more information about managing your MSLs, see Adding and Managing MSLs.

Meeting

Prior to the meeting, the EOY Evaluator reviews any uploaded documents, evidence and ratings in AE&R, and MSLs to inform the learner's Professional Practice and MSL ratings.

During the meeting, the learner and EOY Evaluator review collected evidence, check progress on goals, and discuss the ratings. Explore the Resource Library to identify videos or articles that could be useful in chosen areas for growth.

End-of-Year Worksheet

You receive a notification email when the EOY Evaluator shares the completed End-of-Year Worksheet. You may access the Worksheet by clicking the End of Year Evaluation tab at the top of your dashboard or the Visit worksheet link in the End of Year Evaluation notification pane above your goal notes.

You have a read-only view of the entire worksheet, which displays all of the evaluation component ratings and the final, calculated EOY rating.
