When you expand an observation or meeting activity, the overview displays the steps that must be completed. The system tracks and displays progress so you can view your updates at any time. Activity steps are presented in sequence, but you are not restricted from starting steps out of order.
Some highlights of the Activity Overview screen:
- Each row corresponds to an activity step and is marked by initials to indicate whose participation is required to complete the step.
- Activity steps are presented as links that you click to open.
- The Status column provides updates, such as number of documents uploaded or last update, but does not indicate whether the step is complete.
- Participants needed to complete a step are listed in the Required by column. Participants displayed in gray are optional.
