Resetting a Forgotten Password

If you enter the wrong email address or password, the system displays a notification.

To change your password:

  1. Click the Don't know your password? link.

  1. Enter your email address and click Reset password.

 

The system sends an email. If you don't see the email, check your email spam folder.

  1. In the email, click the link to take you to a page where you can enter a new password.

If you are still unable to sign in, please contact your site administrator or support@edreflect.com

If you would like to change your password for security reasons, you can do so in your user profile. Please see this short video for instructions.
